David Taylor Appointed to Human Resources Director Position

Please join us in welcoming the newest member of our team as the Human Resources Director, Mr. David Taylor. David holds a bachelors degree from the University of Mississippi in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources.

DAVID professional experience includes supporting all human resources functions to include recruitment, employee and labor relations, employee engagement and performance management for over 2,100 employees at Harrah’s New Orleans.

David is energetic and has the ability to help OPCD continue to create an environment of support, growth and opportunity
