The Orleans Parish Communication District is excited to announce the appointment of Casey Johnson to NOLA-311 Supervisor. Casey is a highly respourceful and experienced professional with a proven history of managing complex projects with superior results, having worked in a variety of administrative and customer-focused positions throughout her career for various organizations, including the City of New Orleans, the Bridge City Center for Youth, local law firms and large department stores.
Under the leadership of Director of NOLA-311 Operations, Erica Mercadel-Hayes, Casey will provide oversight of 3-1-1 operations, ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of local government and non-emergency services in the city of New Orleans. The supervisors will make certain that each interaction between the public and NOLA-311 customer service representatives meets the highest of standards established by our mission and vision.
