Dennis Carr, Jr. Appointed to NOLA-311 Analyst
The OPCD is excited to announce the appointment of Dennis Carr, Jr. to NOLA-311 Analyst. Dennis joins NOLA-311 with a vast knowledge of governmental processes and workflow solutions for different government agencies.
Before joining the NOLA-311 staff, Dennis worked for the New Orleans District with the Department of Transportation and Development and Sewage and Water Board. He is also a current member of Project Why, where he is instrumental in identifying local challenges and creating solutions to provide a more efficient workflow between government departments. In his role as a NOLA-311 Analyst, Dennis will be responsible for responding to service incidents and helping offer resolutions to local residents, and making sure he is efficient in the process.
Dennis is a native of New Orleans, LA, where he attended McDonough 35 High School before continuing his studies at Delgado Community College and graduating with an associate degree in architecture. He went on to attend Texas Southern University, where he was a proud member of the Ocean of Soul marching band.
