Teresa D. Thompson Appointed to Training & Compliance Manager Position

Please join us in congratulating Ms. Teresa Thompson on her appointment as the Training & Compliance Manager. Teresa has worked in emergency communications for the City of New Orleans for over 17 years with OPCD and the New Orleans Police Department (NOPD).

In this role, Teresa will be responsible for all training programs, quality control and assurance and accreditation efforts.  Teresa is currently a certified instructor with the International Academy of Emergency Dispatch (IAED) and the Jeff Ellis & Associates.
