Tyreon Dase to NOLA-311 Supervisor Position
Tyreon Dase, newly appointed NOLA-311 Supervisor
OPCD is proud to announce the appointment of Tyreon Dase to the position of NOLA-311 Supervisor. Tyreon is a remarkable communications professional with more than three years of customer relations experience in a variety of positions throughout the City of New Orleans.
Since joining OPCD as a NOLA-311 Customer Service Specialist in January of 2021, Tyreon has consistently showcased her ability to quickly evaluate the needs of callers and determine the most effective solutions for their concerns. She is a graduate of Nicholls State University and Eleanor McMain Secondary School in Uptown, New Orleans, and prides herself on continuing to learn new skills and lessons from each life experience that comes her way.
In her new role as NOLA-311 Supervisor, Tyreon will provide supervision and guidance to on-duty NOLA-311 customer service specialists, ensuring compliance with all agency standard operating procedures, while also maintaining a formal and informal network of communications with other agencies on issues relating to NOLA-311. She will also coach and counsel employees regarding work habits, and provide information and support to Orleans Parish residents and visitors via telephone, email and the NOLA-311 system.
